Murray’s Bridge State School welcomes you to our school community.
As we are a small school, staff readily ‘get to know’ students and can employ suitable tasks and strategies to develop and challenge their individual skills. Individuals are catered for in a more seamless curriculum in which students are nurtured and extended based on their ability.
Due to our small number of students everyone has daily access to technology. With the use of wireless they are able to use the computers throughout the school including the school grounds. All students from Prep to Year 6 use computers to research, prepare projects and learn and practise skills. They have become an integral part of our learning.
Students also participate in a number of extra curricular activities such as the Rose and Rodeo Parade, Warwick Jumpers and Jazz Festival, the Queensland Country Women’s Association International Day, the Hermitage Research Station competitions and Landcare Conferences. They join with other similar schools for sports days and leadership training.
Murray’s Bridge State School has much to offer students whatever their interests and talents. Please look at other sections in this website for more details.
We are always happy to answer your questions, so please feel free to contact our school.
